Product Description
Overview of fluid ice machine:
Liquid ice, a fluid form of ice, a mixture of countless tiny ice crystals and an aqueous solution (usually salt water, sea water or glycol). Because of its special semi-liquid form, fluid ice is also called liquid ice, drift ice, fluid ice, etc. For a machine with a rated output, the concentration of fluid ice is between 30% and 40%. A higher concentration of ice will affect the rated output of the machine and its performance. It is forbidden to increase the concentration of ice to more than 60%, which may seriously damage the evaporator.
Product features:
1. Super cooling
Among all known types of artificial ice, the contact and heat transfer area of fluid ice with the object to be cooled reaches almost 100%, covering the target product in all directions. So as to achieve a better cooling effect 3-5 times that of the ordinary cooling method.
2. Very controllable
Unlike other types of solid ice, such as block ice, flake ice, tube ice, etc., the fluid ice machine can obtain the ideal ice temperature and ice concentration by adjusting the ratio of aqueous solution to ice.
3. Save labor
Liquid ice can be pumped to various freezing points through hoses or pipes. Greatly save manual operation costs.
