Overview of sea water flake ice machine:
Sea water flake ice machines are divided into marine sea water flake ice machines and land sea water flake ice machines. The type of ship used is 1 to 8 tons per day, depending on the size of the ship and the ship’s electrical capacity. The land-use seawater flake ice machine can achieve a maximum daily output of 30 tons; the biggest difference between the two is that in addition to solving the corrosion of the seawater to the equipment, the marine model also needs to overcome the instability of the machine operation caused by the shaking of the fishing boat. . The land-based model only needs to overcome the corrosion problem of the equipment caused by sea water.
Since the seawater flake ice machine produces fully utilized seawater, which is exactly the same as the living environment of marine fish, seawater flake ice has a better preservation effect on marine fish. Seawater flake ice melts more slowly than freshwater flake ice, so it is suitable for ocean fishing. In other words, fishing boats are very suitable for installing seawater flake ice machines. Land-use flake ice machines are mostly used in the subsequent processing of marine fish after landing.
